Greetings from Yes! And…!

The spring season, like every other, is full.  For the last 7 weeks of After School they will be making a movie, a prospect that has sent the kids careening through the creative possibilities.  We are gearing up for summer, hiring staff, picking themes and getting excited.  All this and the cherry blossoms are blooming. There is so much to be thankful for and energized by.

I’m sure you are as sick as I am of how tough things are out there on the financial landscape. Yes, things are tighter.  Yes, we have had to do more with less.  Yes- yes.  But we have never had a lot here at Yes! And… unless you count passion, creativity and joy, of which we have tons.

Some dear faithful friends of Yes! And… who have always sent their kids to camp and supported our vision, decided that this year because things are tougher, they would give more (a wild and inspiring move).  These friends have offered us a $1000 matching grant if we are able raise that much by the end of April.

So we are asking you to join us, double your gift and our impact by giving this month. If we were a big non-profit, $2,000 would be a drop in the bucket, but for Yes! And… this ensures 10 kids a week of camp.  Ten kids are not a drop in the bucket; each one is wildly precious.

This is a good investment, one that instantly doubles and has life-long dividends – not only that but with a gift of a $100 or more we will send you the DVD of this year’s A Winter Sort of Thing “The Clean Green Machine.”
